Black bean and corn salsa recipe
This recipe is so easy you’ll wonder why you never made it before and you’ll never go to another party with out it. Why you ask? Well, the longer it sits i.e. over night the better it is, so you can make it at least a day ahead of a big event or party and still look like a rock star in the kitchen.
- Thaw the corn.
- Rinse the black beans well and strain.
- Mix everything in a bowl and let it sit half an hour before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips
- 1 can corn
- 1 can black bean
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 tomato deseeded
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 limes
- Blue corn tortilla chips or Beligian endive
