Watermelon Feta Salad

Directions

Combine watermelon, tomatoes, cucumbers, shallots, mint, basil and feta.

Toss with dressing. Season with salt.

Dressing Ingredients- 3 tablespoons lime juice (2 ½ limes), 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ tablespoon champagne vinegar, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt. Mix.
