Tabbouleh
Servings: 2-3 servings
Tabbouleh is a traditional Greek salad, however it is delicious with everything, Greek or not! So this summer when it’s hot outside and you’re looking for something cool to eat, whip up a delicious batch of this Tabbouleh. Check out our Foodie Food tour videos in Greece!
Directions
- Destem and wash the parsley.
- Dry the parsley well.
- Next chop the parsley well.
- Add the cooked parsley, shallot, tomato and couscous into a bowl.
- Mix it well.
- Add the red wine vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil to the mixture.
- Mix everything together and season the parsley and couscous with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate the Tabbouleh and serve it after an hour.

2 cups of cooked couscous
2 cups chopped curly parsley
1 shallot minced
¼ cup small-diced tomatoes
½ cup of red wine vinegar
1 lemon juiced
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
