Strawberry glazed ham on thyme biscuit
Servings: 12 | Time: 60 minutes
This strawberry glazed ham on thyme biscuit is one of my absolute favorite recipes that I created for Traditional Home Magazine. The sweetness of the strawberry ham, with the creaminess of the burrata and the savory thyme biscuit is out of this world.
Directions
In a small saucepot bring add strawberry preserves, butter, apple juice and sugar together.
Bring it to a boil and then simmer.
Stir frequently.
Cook on a medium low heat for 2-4 minutes and then set the glaze aside.
Cut open the biscuits.
Add the ham, then a spoonful of the glaze, then the burratta and lay the top of the biscuit askew of the stack.
Place two on each plate topped with a sprig of thyme and add the salad next to the biscuit.
Ingredients
12 slices of strawberry ham
3 large burratas, cut into quarters
