Figs and balsamic glaze
Servings: 3-4 servings
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Wash and dry the figs.
- Cut them in half.
- Add 1 teaspoon of parmesan cheese to each fig.
- Place the figs on a nonstick baking sheet and 12-14 minutes.
- Remove the figs from the oven and drizzle them with the balsamic glaze.

¼ cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese or goat cheese
1-2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
