Figs and balsamic glaze

Servings: 3-4 servings

This fig and balsamic appetizer is a great starter. The slight acidity of the balsamic pairs well with the delicious parmesan and the sweetness of the fig. Serve warm and your friends will go wild over this super easy appetizer.


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry the figs.
  3. Cut them in half.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of parmesan cheese to each fig.
  5. Place the figs on a nonstick baking sheet and 12-14 minutes.
  6. Remove the figs from the oven and drizzle them with the balsamic glaze.

¼ cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese or goat cheese

1-2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
