Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Garlic

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl toss the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper together.
Lay the potatoes on a sheet pan, roast for 28-30 minutes, flip potatoes every 10 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and serve.
