Chicken Tacos

This is a delicious recipe for chicken tacos the whole family will love.

 

Directions

 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add the chicken, paprika, salt, pepper, and oil to a bag and mix it around to fully cover the chicken.
  • Let marinate (for up to 6 hours) in the refrigerator.
  • Remove the chicken from the bag and place on a cookie sheet.
  • Roast the chicken for 35 minutes.
  • Slice.
  • Serve with warm tortillas, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and salsa.

4 chicken breasts, trimmed

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoons vegetable oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1 cup iceberg lettuce chopped

1 cup mexican cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa*

12 flour tortillas**
