Blueberry Muffins: A Sweet Slice of Comfort

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the butter and oil and mix in the sugar.
Add milk and two eggs to the bowl and mix.
Add the flour and mix.
Mix in the oatmeal.
Mix in the baking soda and salt.
Separately, toss all blueberries in the ¼ cup all-purpose flour.
Gently fold them into the batter.
Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Fill the muffin tins ½ to ¾ of the way full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until they are done (test for doneness by sticking a toothpick into the middle and if no batter sticks to it they are finished baking).
Let the cupcakes rest for 10 minutes and then remove them from the pan and finish cooling on a baking rack.

¼ cup vegetable oil
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour + ¼ cup all-purpose flour for tossing blueberries
1 cup oatmeal
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon of salt
½ cup blueberries, frozen and lightly thawed
¼ cup freeze dried blueberries
½ cup frozen blueberries thawed
