Garden salad

This salad is so simple why do you need a recipe, right? Well because
sometimes, even simple is necessary when you’re tired and over worked. This salad is very versatile; you can add avocado or change up the dressing to thousand island or green goddess.
Directions
- In a large bowl combine the lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, green onions and sunflower seeds.
- Toss everything together.
- Next add the ranch dressing and continue to toss everything.
- Crack fresh ground pepper and season the salt with salt and toss again.
- Serve.
Ingredients
2 cups romaine, chopped
¼ cup carrot chips
¼ cup of Persian cucumbers, halved and sliced
¼ cup red bell peppers, cut into 1” slices
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, toasted
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
Salt and pepper
