Scallop and shrimp ceviche

Ceviche is a blend of white fish, shrimp and scallops and it is cooked with lime and lemon juice. It is bold, flavorful and a fresh change from the cheesy Mexican food favorites that we all love.

My recipe found at Traditionalhome.com is paired with amazing toppings that I literally slaved over to come up with just the right combination to pair with the delicate and acidic flavors of the ceviche. I know you are going to love it.

Cevich is fun, easy and a perfect dish to serve when you don’t want to turn on the oven. Unfortunately, you will have to leave HMFG but I promise you will be in good hands at traditionalhome.com, find the recipe here. If you want to stay try some of our other favorite recipes – black bean burritosclassic guacamole or sour cream chicken enchiladas.

Thanks for stopping by and don’t forget to share us with your friends!

I love hearing what your thoughts about recipes and dishes, so please let me know what your favorite cinco de Mayo recipe is.
