A delicious mushroom stuffing goes exceptionally well with my herb crown roast of pork recipe. This is also a great side dish to serve with any hearty meaty main course- prime rib, pot roast or beef tenderloin. Not only is a yummy side dish but you can also make it ahead of time which will allow you more time to be with your guests.
