Curry is one of these amazing dishes that you either love or hate. I happen to be one of those people that love love love curry. Every time I go back to Oklahoma I make her cook her delicious chicken curry. This shrimp curry recipe is different than my mom’s but still has that wonderfully homey feel with a twist of sophistication.
