Home made ricotta with cinnamon bread

Delicious warm cinnamon bread topped with homemade ricotta. It’s creamy, sweet, earthy and delicious. I created this recipe for Traditional Home magazine in the fall of 2015 when I was working with the team to create something AMAZING and slightly challenging. The outcome is truly a work of art. The slow-roasted grapes are intense with sweet and tart flavor paired with the deep caramel sauce finishes this dessert off beautifully.

For those of you who are interested in trying out the recipes but aren’t up for the whole thing the cinnamon bread is delicious by itself for breakfast and the ricotta cheese is delicious any time of the day.
