Raspberry rhubarb crumble

I don’t know about you but I am always in the mood for a good crumble and the closer we get to summer the fresher and cheaper the berries get!

I created this raspberry rhubarb recipe with two ideas in mind- first I didn’t want it to have a cornstarch thickened feel, and second I wanted to showcase tart rhubarb with something other than strawberries. Thanks to the team at Traditional Home we came up with this combo (raspberries, rhubarb and almond biscotti topping) and off testing I went.
