There is nothing better (but not for you) than churros with chocolate sauce. This recipe was inspired by my amazing food trip around Europe about seven years ago. We stopped into Madrid and for a night we pretended to be locals and at 12 pm we ended up in an amazing churro shop similar to what an ice cream parlor would look like. These churros aren’t as light and airy as theirs (mostly because I like churros a little denser) but they are just as delicious.
