Los Angeles, Ca, November 17th, 2014 – Chicken parmesan recipe is a classic Italian dish that gives you a sense of comfort. Try this easy recipe, I say easy, because despite the fact I give directions and links to make your own breadcrumbs and tomato sauce you could always use store bought to make it easier. It won’t be as good, but it will a bit more simple.
Chicken Parmesan Directions
- Trim the fat from the chicken.
- Butterfly both of the chicken breast.
- Cover the chicken breasts with plastic on the cutting board and use a meat pounder and lightly pound the chicken until the chicken is the same thickness all over.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and dip them into whisked eggs.
- Then add the chicken breasts to the breadcrumbs* and generously coat them on both sides.
- In a large sauté pan add half the butter and oil and sauté the first chicken breast until it’s brown on both sides.
- Set it aside and add the rest of the oil and butter to the pan and brown the second chicken breast on both sides.
- Place both chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake it at 400 degrees for another 6-8 minutes.
- Remove the chicken breasts and place them on a beautiful serving dish and covered them fresh tomato* sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
*Breadcrumb directions
