Los Angeles, Ca, November 11th, 2015- This year’s New Year’s Great Gatherings recipes are a blend of savory, rich and creaminess that will help you welcome 2016. Thus the menu includes: Goat Cheese and cherry Bruschetta, Creamy angel hair pasta with shrimp and caviar, Pork Osso Bucco with white wine and port sauce, Citrus salad with blue cheese and a white and dark chocolate moose with raspberries.
It’s always an honor to work with the team at Traditional Home magazine and the Meredith Company. Krissa Rossbund and Stephen Exel are true professionals in their field of elegant layouts and deliciously written entertaining articles.
This year my three goals were:
- Design foods that would look beautiful when plated
- Create balance in creamy richness to cleansing acidity
- Measure perfectly proportioned portions for each course while also considering the whole menu.
After testing, testing and retesting I am pleased to announce this New Year’s recipes aims to please.
