Delicious traditional beef lasagna. Perfect for now, later or next week. If you don’t want to eat immediately, portion it out, wrap it up, label and freeze it.
Directions
- Cook ground beef to a golden brown color and set aside for later use.
- Sweat onion then add tomato puree, basil, carrots, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Let simmer then puree.
- In a baking dish, layer 1/3rd of lasagna noodles, cooked beef, sauce and chesses.
- Repeat layers twice
- Bake covered at 350° oven for 45 min then uncover for 10 minutes.
- Let stand for 8 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving
