Roasted dates wrapped in bacon and stuffed with goat cheese should be a sin it’s so good, but thankfully it’s not: so make them, eat them and serve them!
Directions:
- Slice the dates from top to bottom but not all the way through.
- Stuff them with softened goat cheese.
- Slice the bacon into
- Wrap them in bacon, this should use only about 2-3 ” of bacon per date.
- Once all of the dates have been wrapped bake them at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
- Keep a close eye they can sometimes caramelize too much with all the sugar.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes and then serve.
