Walleye is a light and delicate fish and this recipe was so fun to create. I remember when I was writing it my mom was visiting me and as most of you know my mom is an amazing cook. I presented her with the dish and when I turned my back she was sneaking into the kitchen for seconds. I knew it was going to be a great recipe when it was finished.
