Apple and parmesan salad

Directions:

Slice the apples into thin pieces leaving on the skin.

Combine lemon juice and water into a small bowl and keep the apples there until you’re ready to make the salad.

A few minutes before you’re ready to eat add the apples and Parmesan to the lettuce.

Lightly sprinkle the salad with the rice wine vinegar and olive oil.

Add small amounts of each as you go and season with salt and pepper.

If it needs more flavors, continue to add more vinegar and then more oil.

Mixing is easiest if done by hand, but you are the chef.

Once the salad is properly dressed, garnish with tomato wedges for flair of color.
