To start use a great coffee like my Black Label. Why Black Label? It plays nicely with cream. The secret to a great iced coffee — or any coffee, really — is to have good water, fresh roasted coffee, a method of brewing you are comfortable with and my recipe: brew, chill, wait and serve.

Cream cube directions
- Bring the sugar and water to a boil and cook for a few minutes until the sugar completely dissolves.
- Cool the sugar water mixture.
- Add the sugar water to the cream.
- Pour the sweetened cream into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
- Serve with your favorite iced coffee.
