An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until May 29, 2025

Cooking Classes Tues. & Thurs.
Classes are month to month $350 per month (4 Classes) $28 Cookbook (one time) fee
Fee
$350/4 classes per month
Sign Up
Children ages 8-14.
A student would enroll for each Tuesday in a month. The amount of days vary from month to month and monthly payment will increase or decrease based on amount of days.
Arrival
Arrival for after school cooking ages 8-12 is between 3:00-3:30 pm. Cooking begins at 3:30, Arrival for Ages 5-7 is 2pm, Arrival for teens is 5pm.
Departure
Departure for 8-12 is at 5:30, Departure for 5-7 is 3 pm, Departure for teens is 7pm. It’s usually crunch time as we’re getting everything out of the oven. Please let me know ahead of pick up if you’re in a hurry, so we can make sure your child’s food is ready first.
Dismissal
The Silver Lake Kitchen reserves the right to dismiss any student due to frequent absences, disciplinary problems, overdue tuition payments and/or parental noncompliance with our policies.
Cancelled Class
The Silver Lake Kitchen is a small business. Lessons canceled by the student can be made up if and only if there is room in another class on another day. There are no refunds currently. Please notify me as soon as possible
Student Illness
No students should attend lessons when sick (i.e. fever, nausea, vomiting, etc.). The Silver Lake Kitchen reserves the right to dismiss a student from a scheduled class if the student arrives exhibiting symptoms of illness. In that case, a makeup lesson will not be offered as supplies had already been purchased.
Late Arrival
Students are allotted a 10-minute grace period at the start of class, any later and the student could be behind in the cooking process. We will try to catch the student up, but it does become difficult to complete the days assignment. Please do not drop off students more than 5 minutes prior to the start of class and be sure to pick them up promptly.
