Tabbouleh

Servings: 2-3 servings

Tabbouleh is a traditional Greek salad, however it is delicious with everything, Greek or not! So this summer when it’s hot outside and you’re looking for something cool to eat, whip up a delicious batch of this Tabbouleh. Check out our Foodie Food tour videos in Greece!

 

Directions

  1. Destem and wash the parsley.
  2. Dry the parsley well.
  3. Next chop the parsley well.
  4. Add the cooked parsley, shallot, tomato and couscous into a bowl.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Add the red wine vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil to the mixture.
  7. Mix everything together and season the parsley and couscous with salt and pepper.
  8. Refrigerate the Tabbouleh and serve it after an hour.

2 cups of cooked couscous

2 cups chopped curly parsley

1 shallot minced

¼ cup small-diced tomatoes

½ cup of red wine vinegar

1 lemon juiced

¼ cup olive oil

Salt and pepper
