Rich chocolate brownies
Servings: 1 dozen
These are rich chocolate brownies and that would be great for any occasion and would be incredible with Vanilla ice cream or a cold glass of milk (not that I’m going to drink milk with it). Enjoy and make sure you bake enough for your friends.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Soften 1¼ sticks of butter and add it to a large mixing bowl.
Add the sugar to the bowl and cream the sugar with the butter for 2-3 minutes.
In a microwavable bowl melt the remaining butter with the chocolate chips (microwave at 10 second intervals until it’s mixed and make sure you mix the chocolate and butter well in-between each interval)
Add the eggs and vanilla into the butter and sugar.
Mix well.
Slowly add the egg mixture into the chocolate and butter mixture, stir well.
Once everything is mixed add the flour, salt and baking powder.
Spray a 9×3 Pyrex pan.
Bake in the oven for 42 minutes.
Cool and cut.
