Double stuffed ravioli

This double stuffed ravioli has two different fillings; 1. a ricotta lemon walnut filling and 2. a zucchini filling that I could eat up with a spoon or add it over pasta, or chicken or even fish.

The ravioli is handmade and insanely good. However, make sure you are up for the challenge of making pasta before you start.

When I created this recipe I tried making the pasta with every type of flour combination I could come up with to create the perfect vessel to hold these delicate fillings.
